Returns
Eligibility
- Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Clearance or sale items are final and cannot be returned.
How to Return
- Contact our customer service team at returns@pguspark.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
Exchanges
Eligibility
- Exchanges are available for products that arrive damaged or defective.
- If you received a faulty item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
How to Exchange
- Contact us at support@pguspark.com with a description and images of the damaged or defective product.
- We will provide you with instructions for the exchange process.
- Once the faulty item is returned, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product or shipping error.
