Returns

Eligibility

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Clearance or sale items are final and cannot be returned.
How to Return
  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@pguspark.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
  • Approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).

Exchanges

Eligibility
  • Exchanges are available for products that arrive damaged or defective.
  • If you received a faulty item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
How to Exchange
  1. Contact us at support@pguspark.com with a description and images of the damaged or defective product.
  2. We will provide you with instructions for the exchange process.
  3. Once the faulty item is returned, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • Clearance items
  • Opened or used cleaning products

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product or shipping error.
